Massage Therapy

Massage therapy, either on its own or in complement to physiotherapy is a treatment which consists of manipulation of the soft tissues of the body such as muscles, tendons, and connective tissue with the goal of improving tissue healing, providing relaxation and relief of pain, as well as increasing circulation and the activity of the lymphatic system.

Massage therapy also serves to relax and refresh muscles, promoting a sense of relaxation, and improved energy.
